Lease conditions
Check-in time is 3.00 pm of the first day, and guests must check out before 12.00 pm of the last day.
Pets are not admitted in the rental houses as to ensure maximum comfort for all guests and hygiene standards in the common areas.
The Leaseholder will be directly and solely responsible, freeing the owner from any responsibility, with relation to:
- Damage to people or goods as a result of the facilities and/or house services.
- Damage, injury or losses in the property, both caused by the leaseholder and those sharing the house with him/her.
