CULTURAL ACTIVITIES: An International Music Festival takes place in July and August in Torroella de Montgrí. The museum of that town is also worth visiting, as well as the Can Quintana cultural centre, in the same location. Other culturally interested towns are Figueras (Dalí), Bañolas (Bañolas Lake) or Girona.
